Educational and family psychology

for the person behind the child

Welcome to Envelop Psychology

Envelop is a space for parents, carers and anyone that has responsibility for children and young people. Unlike traditional therapy or counselling, I do not see us discussing deep emotional challenges over weeks or months.

Rather, this is a space to support you as we reflect on experiences shaping your child’s development and wellbeing.

Parenting brings many questions and challenges. Human development is complex, shaped by multiple influences, biological make-up and social-emotional features. Our world is rapidly evolving. Our children and teens are navigating a myriad of issues and ideas that were not necessarily present in previous generations.

Using psychology, family therapy, and decades of experience I can help you to gain insight, understanding and ultimately a way forward. .

What I offer

Parent and family psychology

I offer a space for parents/carers to talk about any concerns they may have about their child or young person. Underpinning my work with you is educational psychology and systemic practice.

The two disciplines together have helped to gain a wide and unique view of childhood, relationship and family. Because behind every child is someone who cares - and we are here for them.

Let’s work together

In all settings, everyone needs a Nat. Her input is invaluable & her ability to explain complex notions is peerless. She is a natural educator and most importantly, her passion underpins everything she has to share.

Her knowledge is second to none and her delivery just makes sense. I could listen to her all day and still learn about new ideas.
