Welcome to Envelop Psychology
Envelop is a space for parents, carers, and anyone that has responsibility for a child or young person. It is a space to reflect on psychological development through childhood and adolescence. It is a space to explore parenting in a rapidly evolving world. A world where our children are navigating a myriad of changes that were not necessarily present in previous generations.
With me, you will have the opportunity to discuss anything you wish, to find insight, understanding and ultimately a way forward for you and your loved ones.

What I offer
Parent and family psychology
I offer a space for parents/carers to talk about any concerns they may have about their child or young person. Underpinning my work with you is educational psychology and systemic practice.
The two disciplines together have helped to gain a wide and unique view of childhood, relationship and family. Because behind every child is someone who cares - and we are here for them.
Supervision
Supervision involves guiding and supporting professionals to help develop skills and reflect on practice. It ensures accountability and growth in a safe and collaborative environment.
I offer supervision to all professionals that work with children and young people in any capacity.
